崗位職責(zé):
1.Handle Liability claims, e.g. public liability claims from theme park, shopping centre,
hotels, etc.; Domestic and oversea product liability claims;
2.Make sure claims are on track and well managed, and in accordance with regulation and
group requirements;
3.Key claims KPI assessment;
4.Customer focus, necessary claim training to customer;
5.Participant and assist BD, UW on marketing activities.
任職要求:
1.Standard education, bachelor’s degree.
2.Insurance, law related major preferred.
3.Strong communication skills & customer-oriented, work;
4.Work well under pressure; Strong execution;
5.Fluent English both spoken and writing;
6.2-5 years insurance industry working experience preferred.
